The theme for the evening was Bordeaux, tannins, and vintage wines.<\/p>\n<p>Zimmerman opened on June 1, 2007 and has been producing top quality wines ever since.\u00a0 Wines are made offsite at <a href=\"https:\/\/childressvineyards.com\/\">Childress Vineyards<\/a> by Winemaker Mark Frizolowski from fruit grown in the estate vineyard. Website<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Next, we moved on to a small food plate with cheese and crackers, an olive medley, and paninos.\u00a0 These treats were paired with Zimmerman Vineyards&#8217;
