The second winery in the Yadkin Valley<\/p><\/div>\n<p>A petition by Alliston Stubbs of Cedar Ridge Vineyards in Reeds, NC asked to include additional land in Davie and Davidson Counties in the new AVA. \u00a0This petition was accepted. Latitude is between\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">36\u00b000\u2032 and 36\u00b030\u2032 N.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Climate:<\/strong>\u00a0 <span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Temperatures and precipitation are moderate as compared to the surrounding areas.
